In May, Georgia Organics and Oakhurst Community Garden co-sponsored a tour of Intown's chicken coops. Yes...chicken coops. The feathered friends have become so popular that many residents are keeping them as pets and to gather their eggs. And these aren't your ordinary coops: soaring ceilings, light-filled rooms and carefully planned architecture are all part of this poultry lovefest. Here's a look at some of the coops.
