Jud and Jamie Ready's Wildwood neighborhood home underwent a complete transformation, from a one-story ranch to an arts & crafts-inspired two-story. The home was originally 1,800 square feet with two bedrooms and two baths. After architect Candace Carlson's redesign and expert building work led by Wade Chappell from the Macallan Group, the home is now 4,000 square feet with five bedrooms and four and a half baths. The project was completed in under five months "on time and under budget," Ready said. The couple bought the house in 2000 and decided to live in it for six years before going ahead with renovation. "We needed to know what space we needed and how we woudl use it," Ready said. "Living in the house for a few years gave us a clearer picture of our needs."
