I'm wondering how long these tax breaks for the film industry will continue. Forever ?? I would think that this "gravy train" would have to end some day. If so, will these Hollywood film makers go BACK to Cal. ??

I met Christy Petterson when working at the Georgia World Congress Center. She's a wonderfully talented lady, and it's been so nice to watch the ICE continue to gain momentum and much success.

It seems that there is a growing demand for in-town living. In the past, people wanted to be outside the city. But now we see the trend is shifting again. Commuting time, fuel costs and convenience are now matters of concern. The only drawback is that downtown properties are going to cost more upfront. Yet it seems from this article that is not slowing down buyers at all.

Couldn't agree more- awesome couple and family. Runs in the family- Janine's mom had never even met me, but crocheted a blanket for my daughter's baby shower 12 years ago. Still have it- a wonderful memory of sweet friends. You will love living next to these fun, down to earth people. Warning- if they ask you over for a bbq, let me translate- they plan to grill out. And, if things haven't changed, Kupe enjoys boiled peanuts from time to time... :-)
