To celebrate the 40th Anniversary of the Allman Brothers Band album Eat A Peach, chef Ron Eyester and chef de cuisine Christian Rodriguez present a whole new riff on the local favorite Eat A Peach dinner at Rosebud. On Thursday, June 21, at 7 p.m., diners will jam to the music of the Allman Brothers while enjoying a menu of Georgia-grown peaches, from market to restaurant in the peak of the season.

Guests will enjoy six courses of dishes such as Seared Georges Bank Scallop (Local Grits, Smoked Peach Puree, Pickled Celery), Cured White Marble Farms Pork Tenderloin (Grilled Sweet Potato, Peach Chow-Chow, Sorghum), Fried White Oak Pastures BBQ Chicken (Fennel-Peach Slaw, Baked Beans) and more. A sweet finish comes in the form of Peach Johnny Cakes (Corn “Pop” Ice Cream, Emily G’s Peach Jam).

The Eat A Peach Dinner costs $44 per person, excluding tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, so reservations are encouraged and can be made by calling 404- 347-9747 or visiting www.rosebudatlanta.com.

After dinner, the jam continues with live Allman Brothers cover music across the street at The Family Dog from 9:30 – 12:30 p.m.
