The Midtown Tour of Homes is now in its 4^th decade and this year’s event will feature  both single-family homes and condominiums. The theme highlights “Midtown, Old to New” – historic homes, new condominiums and conversion condos.The tour will be held Saturday, April 16, from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Sunday, April 17, from noon to 5 p.m.

This years  featured homes are on Myrtle Street and in the 800 Peachtree and 805 Peachtree buildings.

This year’s tour, as always, coincides with the Dogwood Festival at Piedmont Park, so organizers are recommending visitors take MARTA to the 10th Street station.
