If you’ve tried to reach the Atlanta INtown office by phone the last three days, chances are you haven’t been able to find anyone. We’re all working from home this week after the snow and ice storm hit the city on Sunday night.

We’re in the middle of production for our February issue, so our publisher, Wendy Binns, walked from her home in the Poncey-Highlands to our office on Krog Street yesterday to check on the office and pick up things needed to get the February issue moving forward.

Tonight was to be our dessert reception at The Weber School for the 20 Under 20 honorees featured in the current issue. That event – like everything else in the city – has been canceled. We hope to announce a new date very soon.

If you need to reach the staff, please email me at collin@atlantaintownpaper.com or Wendy at wendy@atlantaintownpaper. I ventured out by car this afternoon for a grocery store run and can tell you that the streets of Inman Park and Old Fourth Ward are very icy. If you must drive, be very cautious. If you can, walk to the local businesses and restaurants that are open in your neighborhood. They need your support!
