Screen on the Green is heading back to Piedmont Park this summer, sponsored once again by Peachtree TV and SunTrust Bank. The event, presented in partnership with Piedmont Park Conservancy and the City of Atlanta, will feature five consecutive Thursday evenings this summer, May 27 to June 24, with new and classic fan favorites.

May 27 – National Treasure (2004)

June 3 – Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen (2009)

June 10 – Dreamgirls (2006)

June 17 – Star Wars Episode IV: A New Hope (1977)

June 24 is Viewers’ Choice night. Go to www.peachtreetv.com to vote for Jurassic Park (1993), Casino Royale (2006), or The Incredible Hulk (2008). Voting is open now through April 30.

Peachtree TV’s Jeff “JJ” Johnson will introduce each night’s movie. The festivities will open with music by local DJs, as well as musical performances from local Atlanta artists. Moviegoers are welcome to bring picnic baskets, food, alcoholic beverages, but no glass containers can be brought into Piedmont Park. In consideration of others, attendees are asked to leave pets at home. Umbrellas, high-backed chairs and grills are strictly prohibited.
