BeforeAfterIntegral Structure was called in by the owners of a 1950s ranch to renovate an enclosed carport area into a family room, plus add a screened porch. Integral owner Tony McSwain said the owners has been in the Sandy Springs home since the 1960s. The old carport renovation was removed, the slab excavated and a new family room added with 10 foot high ceilings and a masonry fireplace. Price tag for the job: $95,000.
