Best of the Holidays: Restaurant to take family or visitors

Submitted by collin on Monday, 5 October 20094 Comments

holiday dinnerWe need your feedback in the next category for our Best of the Holidays issue coming in December. Please post your suggestions for Best Restaurant to take Family or Visitors in the comments section. If you don’t want to cook, where do you take the family and visitors for a delicious holiday meal? Or maybe, it’s a Christmas Eve or Hanukkah meal. Remember, we’re looking for Intown restaurants (and that includes Decatur, Buckhead, Sandy Springs and other places inside the Perimeter). We’ll select nominees from reader suggestions for a final vote at the end of October.

South City Kitchen Midtown or Vinings. In fact, South City Kitchen Mitown will be open on Thanksgiving Day from 12-6:30pm.

I recommend The Swan Coach House. It’s the perfect place for out-of-town guests, and it’s near the Atlanta History Center, which is a great activity for anyone visiting no matter their age.

The Sundial is great for folks that haven’t visited the city before. It’s a bit pricey otherwise.

Take them somewhere unexpected: Agave on Boulevard, Holy Taco in EAV, Colonnade in Buckhead.
