BeforeAfter

Tony McSwain, owner of Integral Structure, purchased this circa 1945 bungalow in East Lake and completely gutted the interior and transformed the exterior as well. An addition was added to the back of home to create a master suite with new bathroom and a den. The  addition took the square footage from 1,200 to about 1,800. The project took nearly four months to complete.

AfterMcSwain said the living room of the bungalow got an overhaul with retiling the surround and hearth of the fireplace. The mirror above was original to the house and was saved. The renovation cost about $130,000, but depending on size, materials and time could run up to $150,000. For more, visit www.integralstructure.com.
