For those fans of Studioplex’s Second Wednesday’s Art Walks, the walks will now occur on the fourth Friday of each month.  Be sure to update your calendars!  The first Fourth Fridays Art Walk will be held on Friday, Sept. 25, from 6 to 8 pm.

In addition to the usual artistic offerings, Studioplex will unveil Brandon Sadler’s newly completed Irwin Street Mural Project, a colorful display of koi fish and lotus blossoms, at 6 pm.  Sadler will also present a collection of his works titled Octopus Tempura during the Art Walk.

Walkers will also get to see Anatomical,  a mixed media solo show by Jeff Lange, and a SCAD “evening of art” presentation of The Body as Media.  Janke Studios will be on hand to demonstrate glass blowing technique, and this year attendees can make their own glass beads for just $5 per bead.

Studioplex’s art walks are free and open to the public.  Dogs are welcome and will be provided with all-natural homemade treats from Big Daddy Biscuits.
